Sarab is a Managing Partner at JSK Simplify, bringing over 20 years of consulting and industry experience in the Industrial, Technology, and Real Estate sectors. Her expertise includes Strategy Development, Business Planning, Process Design, Scale-up Paths, Transformational Programs, and Enterprise Risk Management.

Previously, Sarab held several key positions: Director of Global Strategic Planning at Finning; Senior Manager of Strategy and Execution at TELUS, focusing on Small-Medium Business and Managed IT Services; and Senior Manager of Process and Quality in the Network Business at Motorola (Chicago HQ).

Dedicated to business excellence, Sarab merges cross-industry expertise with a collaborative mindset to craft customized, industry-leading process and strategy solutions for organizations. Her significant consulting projects include strategy development and operational setup for an Electric Vehicle (EV) charging startup, leading to its listing on the Neo exchange. She also spearheaded strategy development, corporate planning, and process optimization for a real estate developer with operations in Canada and the US.

Sarab is committed to making a positive impact through community service, serving as a board member at Brella Community Services Society and Crescent Housing Society, along with various roles at PeaceArch Hospital Foundation, and Alex House. Outside of work, Sarab enjoys reading, traveling, and nature walks.

Sarab holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. She is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Jasmeet is a Managing Partner at JSK Simplify, bringing over 20 years of consulting and industry experience in the Telecom, Real Estate, and Retail industries. His expertise includes Strategy Development, Revenue Growth, Financial Management, Transformational Programs, and Supply Chain Optimization.

Previously, Jas held several key positions: Vice President/Head of Operations at Rennie Group, overseeing technology, intelligence, sales operations, and finance; Senior Director of Consulting & Deals at PricewaterhouseCoopers; and various Director positions at TELUS focusing on business unit FP&A, technology strategy, and Procurement & Supply Chain. Additionally, Jas served as a Senior Manager in Strategy and Business Operations at Motorola Mobile Devices and a Consulting Manager at KEARNEY.

Recognized for his insightful leadership, Jas is deeply committed to building resilient business models, driving operational excellence, and elevating customer experiences with a focus on long-term success. Among his recent notable consulting projects are strategy development, investment portfolio design and financial transformation for a major real estate developer with operations in Canada and the US. He additionally directed the growth strategy and revenue models for an Electric Vehicle (EV) organization. Outside of work, Jas enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Jas received his MBA from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
